Workflow of KodArchive as a Short Brief
1.Scanning: Documents are scanned by scanners (just like photocopying). After this process, one copy is transferred to computer environment while sending the original document to archive. Then, authorized people reach the documents from computers, according to their security rights.
2.Transfer: Documents are imported to KodArchive -Document Archiving System, entering the index data after transferring them to computer environment by scanning. Index data are ones that will be used in searches, just like the name and subject of document, coming from whom, date. If it is wanted, documents can be found with the content search. Therefore, documents are subjected to OCR process. So, you will have a probability to search, according to the word or word groups found in the document.
Documents transferred to the computer environment are stored in a server. Users who have the security rights reach these documents from anywhere on the world, just being connected to this server.
