 KODA is in the “Healthcare Sector Managers” summit

KodA attended to “Healthcare Sector Managers Summit” organized by Marmara Workers Federation. Summit is performed with high attendances of Government and Public Sector Healthcare Organizations Managers who attend to several panel discussions. KodA, being one of the sponsors, demonstrated Healthcare Sector Solutions during the summit.

KodA develops Digital Archive and Management Systems software and services to all sectors including Healthcare. Healthcare is the one of the sectors that has high physical document rate and need to access these documents frequently, rapidly and securely. Because of that, specially designed Document Archive and Management Systems give high efficiency benefit to Healthcare organizations. Storing documents, especially for the patient files and of other departments, in digital platform with security, sharing within organization, accessing them less than a second with the proper access levels, will not only increase the efficiency but also service quality will be increased.

KodA Digital Archive System is open to doctors and other authorized personals use and users can access the scanned documents within their security access levels. System allows to access of the documents by patient protocol number, date, document type, and unit. System, equipped with the latest technology, gives ability to take virtual notes on the documents and also makes authorization control on the notes. It gives easy access to documents while remote accessing by using special compression algorithms. KodA Digital Archive System’s document tracing method provides to scan daily created documents and be placed into the system on time. System is a leader e-healthcare application that can be integrated to the Hospital Information System and give access to patient’s related documents to the doctors and other users with one key.

Erzurum Training and Research Hospital DMS (Document Management System) project is another success story in Healthcare Sector. This project started with exactly “Paperless Hospital” slogan and the aim of the project is to move all business processes in the hospital to computer system. KodDYS system successfully analyzed and implemented in the Erzurum Training and Research Hospital. Digital Archive and out coming document integration modules have been implemented. Nowadays business process workflows are being moved to KodDYS department by department. The system has the latest technological infrastructure with a capability of implementing all workflows regarding documents in the hospital organization. System is designed in open architecture; is scalable and web enabled. System has all the features that a comprehensive Document Management System must have and provides easy search and full text search features.
